Covault uses ShareFile to provide clients with a secure portal for uploading, downloading, and exchanging sensitive documents.
Existing clients may use the portal to securely share tax documents, financial records, engagement materials, and other confidential files with the Covault team. For security purposes, sensitive documents should not be submitted through the general website contact form.
Document security
Sensitive uploads belong in ShareFile, not on the public website.
Do not upload or send tax records through the website contact form.
Do not submit financial statements or confidential files through public website fields.
